Burke Johnson   |   President & Chief Operating Officer

Burke is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Plan Strategies, Inc. and serves as Senior Vice President at LT Trust, a retirement plan recordkeeping firm that shares common ownership with Plan Strategies. He started his financial services career in 1999 with Great-West Financial, where he held various marketing and product management roles, prior to joining LT Trust in 2007, and recently Plan Strategies. Burke holds a B.A. from Whitman College and MBA from the University of Denver.

Kim Lakota  |   Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer

Kim is responsible for oversight of the firm’s Compliance Program.  Kim ensures that management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the firm’s Code of Ethics and Compliance Manual. She entered the financial services industry with LT Trust Company in early 2013.  Kim holds an MBA in Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from New Mexico State University.

Matthew Annalora   |   Director

Matt manages business development, plan fiduciary deliverables, and 401(k) plan design at Plan Strategies, Inc. He began his career in the financial industry in 1993 with positions with industry leaders such as Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., The Hartford, and MetLife. Matt earned a B.A. in Finance from University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Jerrod Weiss   |    Director

Jerrod is responsible for business development and delivering 3(38) solutions to plan sponsors of qualified retirement plans. In 2007, Jerrod began working in the financial industry with roles at Benefit Solutions Corp. and Great-West  Life and Annuity. He holds a BBA in Financial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
